Brittany is currently working on her doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership. Focusing on attrition in manufacturing Post-COVID-19 she is an expert in human factors and focuses most of her effort on organizational strategy and process improvement.
Jessica is a benefit, payroll, and billing expert. Working with companies to transition into new HRIS systems, benefit plans, policy implementation, payroll, and billing. She enjoys leading teams in data-driven roles and helps implement that into our organizational strategies.
Robert is currently working on his Doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership. His focus and expertise are in leadership, organizational motivation, culture, and training. Robert loves gaining buy-in from companies and groups to align company structure and your core values.
